Established in 1877, Commercial Rowing Club (CRC) is a thriving community-based club that has achieved great success at state, national and international rowing competition.

Our honour board displays the names of many Australian, World and Olympic rowing champions. Many of these athletes are lifetime club members and some return to row recreationally or coach. It’s a real privilege seeing our legends in action on the water, learning from their experiences and hearing of their rowing exploits.

Our membership is a rich diversity of age, gender and backgrounds. We are united by a love for rowing and pride in belonging to a club renowned for its authentic camaraderie and teamwork.

We welcome all newcomers to the sport regardless of their background or experience.
