We recruit experienced and certified coaches who are motivated to support our athletes reach the highest levels of performance.

We value and appreciate the time, knowledge and expertise imparted by our coaches to support our athletes on their rowing journeys. In return, we invest in our coaches’ professional development including participation in coaching workshops, as well as covering the cost of travel and accommodation to attend interstate and international regattas.

Coaches must be affiliated with Rowing Queensland.
