
The ‘erg’, as it’s affectionately referred to, is a rower’s best friend. It’s a critical training component for practicing skills, building strength and endurance and hammering out a few high intensity race pieces.
The good news is that you don’t need to be a rower to erg. Our indoor rowing program is for people of all ages and abilities who are looking for a full body workout in a coached and fun environment.
The sessions are held in our clubhouse late in the afternoon/early evening. The bonus is enjoying a front seat view of a Brisbane River sunset while you sweat it out.
