
The ‘erg’ as it’s affectionately referred to, is a rower’s best friend. It’s a critical training component for practicing skills, building strength and endurance and hammering out a few high intensity race pieces.
The good news is that you don’t need to be rower to erg. Our indoor rowing program is for people of all ages and abilities who are looking for a full body workout in a coached and fun environment.
The sessions are held in our clubhouse late in the afternoon/early evening. The bonus is enjoying a front seat view of a Brisbane River sunset while you sweat it out.
